‘This is America’ is a social awareness campaign created to help dismantle and educate others on issues regarding systematic racism, discrimination and prejudice against minorities in America. The visual concept encourages people to embody, empathize and respect others with different cultural perspectives and lifestyles.
Shortly after I posted it on my social media, people started to share and spread my artwork across other platforms which led to it going viral and seen by millions across Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook. The experience has made me incredibly grateful to have raised awareness and stimulated important conversations through impactful art & powerful messaging.
