New York State Conservationist Magazine
Published six times a year by The New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation (DEC), the Conservationist is a New York State-focused magazine that
features informative articles that cover a broad range of environmental and natural
history related topics, including fishing, hiking, recreation, travel, hunting, and nature
studies. The magazine has a paid circulation of 95,000 and has subscribers in every
state in the union and in many foreign countries.
