樂福農場為一款結合AR賣場體驗的互動APP,將家樂福的食物轉型計畫商品進行全新的包裝設計,並與AR科技連結,打造出更加方便有趣的新形式購物體驗。目標鎖定親子家庭,運用簡易活潑的互動讓親子共同進入無形的家樂福農場,讓顧客感受到家樂福致力於營造快樂幸福的友善生態,在顧客心中留下獨一無二的購物流程。

Carrefour Farm is an interactive app that combines the AR store experience. We redesign Carrefour’s food transition products packaging ,and  connect with AR technology to create a more convenient and interesting new form of shopping experience.Targeting parent-child families, using simple and lively interaction to let parents and children enter the invisible Carrefour farm together, allowing customers to feel that Carrefour is committed to creating a happy and friendly ecology, leaving a unique shopping process in the hearts of customers.

Packaging interaction
顧客於購買家樂福非籠飼雞蛋後可以讓小朋友塗鴉包裝上空白的雞,接著進入APP掃描即可得到專屬AR角色。在賣場中顧客可以開啟APP與角色互動,並讓角色協助導航與玩遊戲,在此過程累積點數兌換與家樂福合作的牧場體驗卷,藉此讓顧客在賣場中得到近一步接觸食物轉型計畫理念的機會,讓優惠不止於表面上的金錢折扣,而是在參觀完牧場後擁有更深入內心的價值產生。

After purchasing Carrefour animal welfare cage-free eggs, customers can let children to doodle blank chickens on the package, and then enter the APP to scan to get the exclusive AR character. In the store, customers can open the APP to interact with the characters, and let the characters assist in navigation and play games. During this process, the accumulated points can be exchanged for the experience voucher of the farm which cooperated with Carrefour, so that customers can get closer to the food transition plan in the store. So that the discount is not limited to the money discount on the surface, but has a deeper inner value generation after visiting the farm.

樂福農場在家樂福賣場中以更符合現代人習慣也更貼合趨勢的科技手法,搭配有趣且富含意義的互動遊戲與實質的繪畫體驗,並加載導航、產品履歷與推薦食譜等基本功能,只要一支手機即可以讓全部的家庭成員一同輕鬆融入食物轉型計畫內容,享受歡樂的購物流程,也擁有便利的生活體驗。

Carrefour farm uses techniques that are used by modern people, with interesting and meaningful interactive games and painting experience, and load basic functions such as navigation, traceable agricultural products and recommended recipes. With a mobile phone, all family members can easily integrate into the content of the food transition plan, enjoy the joyful shopping process, and have a convenient life experience.

我們期望在家樂福營造無形的樂福農場形象,傳播家樂福堅持品質、保護生態、致力於提供顧客美好生活的企業理念,也傳遞「更快樂的一餐,更健康的美味」的價值。讓顧客在逛家樂福時可以擁有開心的體驗,也獲得健康的食物來源,甚至在心中植入友善動物環境的價值觀。提升家樂福的企業信譽,進一步加深顧客對於家樂福的黏著度。

We expect create an invisible farm image in the Carrefour, to spread Carrefour's corporate philosophy of insisting on quality, protecting the ecology, and committed to providing customers with a better life, and also delivering the value of "a happier meal, healthier and more delicious". It allows customers to have a happy experience when going to Carrefour, obtain healthy food sources, and even implant the values of a friendly animal environment in their hearts. Enhance Carrefour’s corporate reputation and further deepen customers’ adherence to Carrefour.​​​​​​​
