Let´s imagine that a pop star storms all the charts worldwide with his new single. Let´s also imagine that we could download a tutorial at the same time with whose help we could then give a top presentation of the new song to our friends within 2 days. So! Who is the hero now?

The vision:
a 100% touch-sensitive, digital guitar based on the capacitive electronics in a new multi-medial social media environment.
 
The mission:
a playful and easily understandable access to playing the guitar and to music in general. A computer game based on the most authentic experiences possible. Digital music made „tangible“ and „comprehensible“.
 
Concept as a whole:
total exploitation of the digital possibilities. From integrating the system into home entertainment and computer systems to the utilisation of apps and a learning mode up to its inclusion in global social media networks. The first contact to music for a new generation!

All the entries are made via the touch sensitive „touch-skin“ surface. Thanks to the reduction of mechanical parts the susceptibility of error is minimized and the production costs are lowered. The three primary touch fields (neck, drum area and touch wheel) are ergonomically and optimally placed and allow a faultless flow of playing.

As the strings can be mounted separately to the frets, they were placed at a slight angle, which greatly improves the ergonomics when playing.
The chords can be ergonomically supported via the LED light guide particularly in the learning mode.
