We are very passionate for Twizy because of the role that it can play in the urban city life. 

This is so called “The last mile problem” and to solve it we need to change a bit that transportation infrastructure to ease life for our customers.

I will tell about how we came up with this design. Firstly, I talk about inspiration of architecture and design. I thought about card-knife, it’s simple and at the same time original, innovative, compact product. It transforms as well as our scooter and the most important think saving compactness, so that located in special case-box for twizy. 

Next step, Forms and style. We use DNA Renault brand for near future, particularly ez concept series. It’s simple and clean forms, interesting patterns.

One of the most interesting challenge for us was to decide where to store our scooters – and we came up with the idea of making a special boxes on the sides of the car in a form of a steps, where scooter can be placed and charged – and that folding architecture of our scooter allowed us to make it real.
