Pense Imóveis website

The new Pense Imóveis, which is a property website provided by RBS Group, has been launched in 2012.
I was responsible for leading a small UX team, shaping UX strategy, creating concepts and delivering UX solutions through flows, wireframes and also collaborating directly with Product Owner and developers. Before launching, the project team ran usability test sessions in a lab which we collaborated as moderators and/or observers.

Business Outcomes 
Results of the first quarter of 2012 in comparison with the same period in 2011:
Website Visits: +63%
Property page views: +46% 
Leads: +137%

Some years later RBS Group acquired their competitor called Zap Imóveis. As a result, Pense Imóveis became Zap Imóveis which has a different brand, but the UX is very similar to what we have created.


P.S. I was the principal UX leading discovery and ideation phases and Ivan Marveira worked with me was UX and also was the Art Director delivering UX and UI from the beginning to the end of the project.
