As a child, Disney movies and television really inspired me to pursue creativity, especially with illustration and cartoons. This design is a tribute to the life that Mickey Mouse has taken on over the decades, originally birthed from one man's creativity.
Originally created as a submission to the Disney sponsered contest at Threadless.com. This specific version was rejected because they apparantly didn't want any likeness of Walt Disney, so I ended up submitting a version with shadows covering Walt, which unfortunately made the illustration much weaker. Luckily, I can still show it here!
