5/27/2021-A little warm-up drawing to celebrate the announcement of the release dates for Brilliant Diamond, Shining Pearl & Legends Arceus. Yes....I picked Chimchar as my starter for the original Diamond....and I’ll probably pick it again when I get Brilliant Diamond.
5/28/2021.....where I express my disappointment that SEGA did NOT announce Chao Garden...and uh...just the presentation in general. Not surprised...just....wishing for more.

6/2/2021-Along with it being Pride Month it is also my Sister’s b-day today so I made an extra special drawing just for her. She wanted Gemini cats, (easy enough,) but she and her girlfriend have been in a relationship for 3.5 years now so figured the best time to combine her birthday and celebrate their relationship would be this month! :D And to the LBGTQIA+ Community Happy Pride month and always be proud of who you are! #pridemonth2021

6/9/21: This one is a little obscure (also I am a 90′s kid, so......there’s that too.......) but enjoy the adorable Cabbit, Ryo-Ohki from the Tenchi Muyo anime series.
6/10/2021: So I'm replaying (and hopefully finishing) Pokémon Platinum before the release of Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl and opted for the first time EVER to actually raise a Porygon...and I love them. Named them "Beta" and plan to evolve them all the way to Porygon-Z eventually as I come across the various discs in-game. So we'll say this is their "baby pic", lol.
6/11/21: When I was around--I want to say 6 years old--I went to the Atlanta Center For Puppetry Arts for a field trip and saw the Garthim puppet in-person. While all the other kids avoided the scary creature, I wanted to go through the glass and touch it. Dark Crystal is still my favorite movie of all-time and probably what inspired me to be an artist in the first place. (Along with Disney’s Gargoyles...but that’s a drawing for another day)
6/12/2021: Mimikyu!!!!! I named mine Nohea and raised him back in Ultra Moon......I kinda missed raising one in my first playthrough of Moon.
6/13/2021: I'm really enjoying replaying Pokémon Platinum and excited about Brilliant Diamond, so here's an Azelf for today--my fav of the trio. Who is your favorite Sinnoh Lake Guardian?
6/14/21: I am REALLY Excited for Outer Worlds 2. First game was great and so unrated! (Seriously if you haven’t played…go play now…why are you here reading this…..go play Outer Worlds ) So here’s my tribute to the first game with my favorite creature in-game (its kinda of love/hate relationship with how many times its KILLED ME,) the Mantisaur. If it didn’t want to eat EVERYTHING, totally would want one as a pet.

6/28/21- I’ve slipped away from kittens at the moment and managed to actually do a DIGITAL WARM-UP! WOOT!!! Been meaning to do this for a while; the winner of my Twitter poll for favorite “In-Training” Digimon was a tie between Bukamon and Pinamon, so drew them both.
6/29/21 (and a little bit 6/30)- So while waiting for the rescue kittens to wake-up from their nap for feeding yesterday, I played a little bit of the demo for Monster Hunter Stories 2 and I LOVED IT. Meet Ranmar the Velocidrome and Tama the Kulu-Ya-Ku…I love my new babies and am SO EXCITED FOR THE GAME. If you like Pokémon and Breath of the Wild go play the demo; so far I’m loving everything about it–you don’t have to play the main Monster Hunter games or even the first MHST game to figure out what’s going on.
6/30/21-Told ya I’d get you guys another drawing today! Anyway, the long awaited Nidoking who lost against Bumpy in the poll a while back, BUT that I said I would draw eventually….well “Eventually” has now come lol All Hail the NIDOKING!!!!
7/01/21- So today’s warm-up drawing is a little different--cuz it’s actually one of my characters. “Mimi the Imp” was from my Senior Project back in 2014, (though her concept is a lot older,) from my story concept for a game I was going to call “Masquerade”. Maybe someday I’ll go back to it, but for now, it was fun to draw her again.

7/04/21- Daily Warm-Up for today is Axew!!!! It’s evolution Haxorus is probably my 2nd favorite Dragon Pokémon (Not telling the first since I am still drawing all my favorite Pokémon by type.)

Myla from Hollow Knight is probably one of my favorite NPCs from the game (even though they are all great) and without spoiling too much....THIS GAME IS CRUEL.

7/14-7/16 Warm-Up Drawing: I FINALLY FINISHED!!!!! (Though I don’t think I can really classify this as a warm-up now considering how long it took, lol) Anyway, my baby Nargacuga from MHST 2 named “Nott”...who has saved my butt MULTIPLE times so far in-game along with my Tobi-Kadachi, (named “Tobi”...cuz I’m original,) and “Manu” my Pukei-Pukei.
7/19/21-Rainy day here, so I needed a rainy day friend. Though Sobble seems a bit surprised by the sudden shower. :D Honestly though, with as hot and humid as its been where I live, we needed rain to get rid of this groody weather :P
8/2/21: After a bit of a hiatus from the warm-up drawings I’m back! Starting with a request from a friend whose pet snails just had babies...so baby shower gift? lol

8/26/21 Warm-Up Drawing: Razewing Ratha from Monster Hunter Stories 2. I kinda ended up working on and off on this one for awhile-but I got the most significant work done on this today, so....I'll date it for today, lol. I tried to depict the mental struggle for Ratha between what he was "born to be" (not really cuz they got the legend wrong) as the “Wings of Ruin” vs what he can be with his Rider’s kinship bond.

9/14/21- All right, after a bit of a hiatus, I have come back! And I’m trying something new–so after hearing some good reviews about it and seeing as it was only $8.99 USD on the Switch (which with my gold brought it down to $5) I opted to pre-order Nexomon…..I have NO IDEA what it’s about beyond “It’s like Pokémon” but I have looked at several of the designs and most of them are pretty cute. Opted to draw “Fethra” which I think is a starter based on images on the Switch screenshots…..but it looks like you can pick from 7 different ones so THAT’S COOL. Fethra seems to be a Quetzalcoatl-type creature and I’m all for that. I will let you know how it is as soon as I can play it on 9/17.
