PROJECT BRIEF
THE GOAL OF THE "RE-ENTRY 2030 UTC PROJECT" IS TO INVESTIGATE AND ENVISION A NEW RANGE OF NEEDS OF ARCHITECTURAL QUALITIES WITHIN THE URBAN TRANSFORMATION CENTER AN ITS POTENTIAL FOR NEW BUILDING TYPOLOGIES WITHIN THE KOTA DAMANSARA. THE SPECIFIC CENTER IN QUESTION ARE SPECIALISED IN VARIOUS FIELD DEPENDING ON THE LOCATION AND THE SURROUNDING EXISTING ENVIRONMENT, WHERE PUBLIC AND YOUTH CAN BENEFITS THE SERVICES AND CREATE NEW CREATIVE PROGRAMS FOR MALAYSIAN FUTURE YOUTH.
THE LOCATION OF THIS PROJECT IS LOCATED AT KOTA DAMANSARA, KUALA LUMPUR MALAYSIA. THE EXISTING QUALITIES TO BE FOUND WITHIN THE SITE ANALYSIS INCLUDING WINDS, TEMPERATURE, PRECIPITATION AND THE LOCAL EXISTING CULTURES AND THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT SUCH AS THE FACILITIES AND THE ZONING.
THE AIM IS TO ENVISION A NEW KIND OF "URBAN TRANSFORMATION CENTER" UTC OR IN OTHER WORDS RE-ENTRY 2030 UTC. THIS IS INCLUDE THE MALAYSIAN GOVERNTMENT AGENCIES AND CREATIVE HEALTHY NEW PROGRAMS FOR MALAYSIAN YOUTH.
TO FURTHER EXPLORE THE TYPOLOGIES OF UTC, THIS IS INCLUDED TO GIVE ACCESS FOR THE PUBLIC AND YOUTH. PUBLIC ACCESS AND SERVICES SUCH AS APPLICATION FOR MALAYSIAN ID's AND ECT. , WHILE FOR THE YOUTH IT IS MORE HEALTHY ATMOSPHERE THAT IS BENEFICIAL FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF MALAYSIAN.
THE AIM THEREFORE IS TO CREATE A MIXED PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES PUBLIC SERVICES, CREATIVE AND HEALTHY YOUTH PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG MALAYSIAN GENERATION, CAFE, WAITING AREAS, SERVICES COUNTER.
THE PROJECT ADDRESSES THE CONTEXT OF THE SITE OF KOTA DAMANSARA BY REINVENT AND ENVISION A NEW TYPE OF BETTER SERVICES FOR GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES DEPENDING ON ITS LOCATION WITHIN THE SITE TOPOGHRAPHY AND ITS ORIENTATION AND WHAT KIND OF TRANSFORMATION CAN BE CREATED IN ORDER TO VISUALISE RE-ENTRY 2030 UTC FOR THE FUTURE OF UTC IN MALAYSIA. THIS IS ALSO TO ADDRESSES UTC THAT WILL BE USED IN 2030 AND BEYOND.

UTC of tomorrow needs more positive interactive vibes and calm atmosphere, digital age allowing humans to be more innovative, flexible and sustainable. Youth of tomorrow needs to be physiologically prepared for tomorrow challenges and need to be explored and creative. This is my paradoxicals, this is my vision of tomorrow UTC. “This is Quantum Paradox”.

The interiors of the UTC try to depict and predict the paradoxical (possibilities) of tomorrows UTC of what it possibly could be in 2030 and beyond. The UTC designed to compliment the needs and necessity of the UTC services like JPN and etc. .The main programme for the youth is to create and invent something new and take it to the next level. From my understanding regarding neuroscience, neuroscientist use the brain scanner to map the data and the brain activity of the human brain while I’m using it to actually allow the Artemis to use their mind and critical thinking skill to control the game (THE MIND GAME). So then I create The “Mind Machine”.
PERSPECTIVE ABOVE: The café and waiting areas together bring healthy experience allowing more relax and calm atmosphere as the site situated closely to the Hutan Simpan/(Reserved National Forest). “So while you waiting, you can relax”.
The core spaces of the project is the UTC services, consist of JPJ, JPN, Imigresen, 1 Malaysia Clinic, PTPTN and LHDN. The concept of the spaces and circulation is to allow people move seamlessly throughout the spatial organization and the intersection of the spaces. This is the result of the intention to make the people circulate easily without worrying to lost track where they are. The services also interpreted with Interactive Machines allowing a person to pay bills and many more!. This is the UTC of the future, and the building maintenance system and services is controlled by the Ai. Ai building is no longer a dream but it is reality let the Artificial take care of you.
PERSPECTIVE ABOVE: Waiting areas and circulation designed to be more interactive with the implementation of Interactive Machine or (Self-Kiosk), allowing the users to pay bills and many more.
PERSPECTIVE ABOVE: The Electrophysiological Cybersport is a new kind of sports that I wanted to create and at the same time reinvent and innovate new ideas for gaming field.
PERSPECTIVE ABOVE: The Mind Machines is the answer to a new kind of E-Sport types, a translation of Biological approach for a bright Malaysian youth, “We need mind like yours”.

This video actually kind of Introduction of Quantum Paradox Project but at this stage I'm still Figuring out the name of this Masterpiece which came first with Neuro-Quantum then later on with Quantum Paradox as the concept focusing on combining Neuroscience and Electronic and also with my interest in Quantum Physics/ Biology/ sport Science and etc.

I have nothing to say here but ummm, I just want to advise try to be yourself in whatever you're doing like Frank Gehry said "your aesthetics is yours and mine is mine so that I can't change!". Just to say that I'm not faking any of my works it is absolutely came from my interests and what I really love to do and inspired by many people that I studied including architects, visionaries, film makers, graphic artists, visual effects artist and I actually inspired by astrophysics field most of the time. "There are no known new ideas but we keep reinvented new ideas over and over again" - ( Lebbeus Woods 1989 ). Anyway be the best of yourself and take time with whatever you're doing find your own voice create the logic and stretch it into another place. Thank you and peace.
