SCBD (Sudirman Central Business District) is a business block in Jakarta, Indonesia, which developed by PT. Danayasa Arthatama, Tbk, founded in 1987. The business block starts developing in 1993 and a first building completed, Artha Graha Building, 30 storey high office building, opened in 1995. The block is currently is developing while infrastructures have been completed around 1995.
Soon, SCBD will welcome a new member; District 8––the latest development of a giant property developer in Indonesia, Agung Sedayu Group. Consisting of seven office towers, apartments, serviced apartments, luxury hotels and retail facilities, District 8 (three buildings on the left) located between two South Jakarta main roads; Senopati Raya and Sudirman. And very close to the 111 Tower "The Signature" which is planned to be the tallest building in Indonesia and the 5th highest in the world. Lately, has joined The Langham Hotel, which is the first hotel they manage in Indonesia, is believed to increase the value of the investment in the District 8.
