The NatWest group needed to design and build out a web-ready component library plus additional business onboarding platforms after a traditional agency-created brand refresh which included both NatWest and RBS identities. While it's not a complete "design system" given the timelines and amount of work required, it began as a work-in-process to achieve a level of consistency from a digital brand standpoint. Work included collaborating with appointed agencies to create interim digital guidelines as well as executing an Atomic Design Methodology to help deliver for multiple development teams. Some of these components and styles were also used for other departments across the bank.
