In 2012, on one of my trips to Montevideo, I met the work of Julio Vilamajó. The Vilamajó house, designed in the 1920s, is a modern housing project that is developed on five levels: the entrance to the house, the living room and elevated patio, the dining room and kitchen, the bedroom and bathrooms, and the study.
