My aim for the 36 days of type project was to bring 36 individual minutes of calm to people’s days, including my own.
When lockdown started the world seemed to become quite an angry place for me as I was consuming more and more negative news. I decided I wanted to change myself so I started reading a lot of books by Thich Nhat Hanh which helped me to focus my time and energy on what I’m projecting out into the world. We can’t control how others act or think but we can control our output and our contribution to any conversation. This year I’ve really tried to focus on what I want to see more of in this world along with having compassion, empathy, and understanding for others.
