Imagination and dreams can transport us to fantastic places. Through them we can travel in time and witness magical events that occur within our universe.

For the creation of ’Strange Thing in The Forest” I used a perfectly detailed piece of sculpture painted by Andrea's artists. I created a 1/12 scale diorama that brings my imaginary forest to life and in production I used practical lighting and effects to create the mood. While the scene is built almost entirely to scale, I also used digital effects to create greater depth and to complement the lighting effects and the animation.

Strange Thing in The Forest consists of two similar pieces but each one is unique.

The sister piece belongs to Andrea who created the magnificent sculpture

of the horseman.
