This project about Godzilla was drawn using Photoshop. It took a few weeks of testing with different characters and styles before I could choose a suitable way for the Big G since I'm not a professional artist.

I began with re-capturing Godzilla from the movies of Legendary in a very different proportion, which comprises of big head, short limbs and an oval, almost round body.

There are 2 versions of the drawing, which are the roaring-attacking pose and the mighty stand pose. I also gave them 3 color variants as seen in the movies: Normal, Atomic-breathing and Burning.

The backgrounds were fun to paint as I decided to make some changes, which means no more strokes and more brush texture. The process was quite hard for me as I'm not familiar with drawing background. Although I'm actually quite satisfied with them, there are still a lot to learn!

To wrap up the project, I created 3 Godzilla busts from the 3 models.
