Ikono.Tv has launched the first arts festival that takes place exclusively on television and via a live webstream. 

From the 6th to 29th September 2013, the ikono On Air Festival aired a daily program of international video art, featuring artworks from stars including Bill Viola, Alfredo Jaar, Anthony McCall and over 150 additional established and emerging artists.

Broadcast in over 30 countries around the world and  available online via the ikono livestream, the festival presented contemporary perspectives on film, video art, and other time-based art forms from the last decades in conjunction with video clips showing art from antiquity until today.
