CREATIVE DIRECTOR: PACKAGING DESIGN & COPY

Tasked with providing the strategic vision, tactical execution guidance, and leadership necessary to significantly enhance the market profile, drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and leverage new market opportunities for Franklin's evolving product line. Serves as one of the principal spokespersons for the company, assuming a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholder groups.
 
*Provided the vision and lead the implementation of a marketing/product strategy that is consistent with both marketplace requirements and Franklin's strategic business objectives, and ensures the company’s continued strong competitive position and future growth.
 
*Provide the strategic marketing vision and drive tactical execution to ensure that the company leverages existing (on premise) and future high-growth business opportunities (cloud) and meets or exceeds all customer acquisition, revenue, profit and expense targets.
 
*Created and communicated a clear, consistent, and compelling value proposition and messaging architecture that differentiates Franklin's offerings from its competitors.
 
*Assumed the role of product champion, developing the strategy and managing the overall execution of product launch, sales and partner enablement, ecosystem development, marketing programs, thought leadership, as well as instituting processes/systems to maximize market penetration while minimizing sales and marketing expense.

*Brought competence and capacity to strategic product marketing and direct all product marketing functions including product launch planning, pricing, positioning, programs, promotion, and rollout.
 
*Developed and delivered comprehensive product launch materials—collateral, training presentations, white papers, Webinars, FAQs, demos/feature tours, etc.—for both internal departments (support, corporate/management, development, direct and inside sales), and third-party partners as appropriate.
 
*Supported the demand generation team with content supporting the buyer’s journey and contribute to content marketing and social media marketing programs and initiatives.
 
*Evolved and managed a strong, well-respected product marketing organization, establishing an environment that rewards excellence and fosters professional growth.


 

 
Worked with the industrial design in the product's development.  Typhoon has launched in Europe's Apple stores & Staples.  Soon to launch in the United States.
Designs, creative directs, and manages output for packaging creative design.  Is also charged with copywriting.
