透過結合與鳥的翅膀結構相似的扇子，打造一系列全新型態的扇子。

除了保留扇子原有的實用功能外，還模仿了鳥類獨特的色彩和紋理，不僅讓扇子更加美觀，更讓人們能夠更直觀地認識這些生活在台灣稀有的美麗鳥類。同時，我們也希望透過這樣的設計，讓大眾更加了解這些鳥類的重要性，以及它們所面臨的保護挑戰。

Taiwan is located at the border of East Asia and Southeast Asia. It has a lot of endemic and conservation birds. Therefore, using fans commonly used in life as a carrier, combined with various bird postures, the public can recognize these conservation birds in their lives, and Realize the importance of bird conservation.

扇面結合了傳統製扇技術，使用了日本和紙印刷，精巧地貼附在扇骨上。扇骨的造型融合了鳥類展翅的羽毛造型和姿態，使得扇面的壓紋呈現出一片片羽毛的精緻感。而扇柄部分則採用了淺浮雕的形式來展現了鳥類身體的造型和特色，體現了工藝與藝術的巧妙結合。

The fan surface combines traditional fan-making techniques, using Japanese Washi paper printing delicately attached to the fan ribs. The design of the fan ribs blends the feather patterns and postures of birds in flight, creating an exquisite texture resembling feathers on the fan surface. The handle part adopts shallow relief carving to showcase the shapes and characteristics of birds' bodies, demonstrating the ingenious fusion of craftsmanship and artistry.

根據2020年最新的鳥類名錄，依據它們的瀕危程度和獨特性，挑選了十六種鳥類作為設計角色。扇子的大小依照原來鳥類體型分為大、中、小三種。透過簡化、加固結構、以及突顯原有的顏色和獨特的翅膀特徵，開發了十六款風格迥異的扇子，每款都展現了獨特的造型姿態。

We selected sixteen species of birds from the latest 2020 Checklist of the Birds of Taiwan according to the category of endangerment and uniqueness. We categorized the size of the fans into large, medium, and small according to the birds’ bodies. We created sixteen fans with different shapes and designs through simplification, structural adjustments for sturdiness, and exaggeration of the colors and wings unique to each species.
