Givepoint Kiosk | Fundraising Platform

The Givepoint Kiosk is a unattended, self-serve donation solutions for charities looking to accept credit and debit card donations. With three simple steps, donors can easily select the cause they wish to donate to, select the amount they would like to donate, and pay using their credit or debit card.
I collaborated with product managers, developers, and designers to create a safe and enjoyable donation experience. From detailing each step in the user journey map, to designing wireframes and prototypes for each screen, the project was very process heavy with many weeks of testing.
