For the final project in the Commercial Photography (CPP) class at Arena Multimedia, my group and I engaged in extensive discussions regarding the product we intended to promote through innovative photography. Ultimately, the concept of focusing on Oishi emerged as the most fitting, given its status as a snack brand deeply intertwined with the childhood experiences of many Vietnamese children, particularly those belonging to Generation Z.

Two quintessential snacks that are inseparable from the Oishi brand are the Spicy Shrimp Snack (Snack Tôm Cay) and the Cheese Snack (Snack Phô Mai Miếng). Due to the distinct and unique flavors of these snacks, we conceived the idea of presenting them in a novel manner, highlighting the extremes of 'spicy' and 'non-spicy' themes. This approach aligns seamlessly with the prevailing trend of "Người Chơi Hệ..." (players) in Vietnam, signifying individuals who pursue and are passionate about activities they genuinely enjoy.

Our analysis involved a thorough examination of the predominant colors featured in the packaging of these snacks. Subsequently, we categorized them into hues representing the two extremes of spicy and non-spicy, catering to the preferences of those who favor either spicy or non-spicy food options.​​​​​​​

In this segment, we present a comprehensive exploration of our creative process through the lens of mood-boarding—a visual narrative that encapsulates the essence of our project. The moodboard serves as a dynamic collage, strategically composed to evoke emotions, convey themes, and encapsulate the envisioned aesthetic for our commercial photography project. Drawing inspiration from our in-depth discussions and conceptualization phases, this collection of images, colors, and textures reflects the diverse elements that contribute to the narrative of our promotion for Oishi


Cheese Snack (Snack Phô Mai Miếng)
Cheese Snack, known as Snack Phô Mai Miếng, has gained renown for its luscious golden slices, skillfully infused with an assortment of cheese powder, resulting in a memorable taste symphony. Tailored for aficionados of cheese seeking a fresh and distinctive snacking encounter, this product promises a novel experience in savoring delightful treats.


Spicy Shrimp Snack (Snack Tôm Cay)
This product line is highly favored by enthusiasts of spicy snacks. Oishi has innovatively crafted a snack featuring a distinctive shape that sets it apart from other offerings in the market. Infused with invigorating spiciness and complemented by a satisfying crispiness, it promises a delectable experience for all.
