This was a learning experience for me, and I highly recommend everyone to try it. Photography has taught me vocabulary words to better describe an image, it has taught me the technical things that go behind when taking an image. It has also taught me how I could express myself and the creativeness that I have. The elements of art and principles of design have helped my photography skills improve greatly.In most of my images there was a lot of different texture that could be seen; for example in the flame image the rocks had a rough and bumpy texture compared to the flame which was seemed soft and smooth. It had a contrast between the two textures. Furthermore, photography has taught me what the camera's capabilities are. I was able to control the lighting, shutter speed, exposure and much more. I would edit my images, but it was a slight change, never drastic. However, I learned throughout time that I could edit my images to the way that I have never done so. I learned about the curves to see if my image was either underexposed, overexposed or just right. There is so much I have learned in such little time, and personally I have seen my artwork improve over this time. I'm still learning and will continue to do so.
