The "Azerbaijani Playing Cards" project was inspired by the uniqueness of contemporary Azerbaijan, where local culture and traditions meet modern elements of art and architecture. While illustrations point to the historical aspects of the culture, a vibrant color combination is used to modernize the design. The deck of cards consist of 52 cards divided into 4 suits: buta, pakhlava, pomegranate and flame. Each suite has 12 cards: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, horse, tower, and tea.
