Kununu commissioned me to create a series of illustrations for their employer portal, which houses articles and user resources.
Their brand voice is bold and colorful, so the illustrations needed to match it without becoming busy. I worked with art director Arthur Lang to refine the style and imagery and create the initial set of article illustrations.
This project is ongoing, with new illustrations added every month.
Early sketches and texture tests. Clean lines were always part of the language of the illustrations. I would have loved to find a way to make the collage idea work, but in the end the flat vectors were much stronger.
