In this project, we have combined two apartments in the neighbourhood and designed a comfortable apartment for a large family.

The main task in the furniture layouts was to provide for 3 children's rooms, a large kitchen-living room, and a spacious master bedroom with a wardrobe. And it was also necessary to provide for the possibility of dividing the two apartments back, in case of such a need.

The fundamental factor in the development of planning solutions was the location of the apartment on the sides of the light. Since the object is located in the northern region, it is important for customers that the living room is filled with light and warmth and is located on the sunny side.

For the color solution in the interior, a light and warm color scheme was chosen, with unobtrusive splashes of color in the form of furniture and decor elements. The highlight of the interior is the horizontal division along the walls using different materials, which makes the interior more unique and unusual. In finishing the openings of the loggia exits, we used brass, which framing the openings gives the interior warmth and gloss, at the same time carrying on itself a practical component - it protects the corners of the openings from damage and pollution.

In this interior, for the most part, furniture from renowned Italian manufacturers is used, but also many exclusive custom-made elements.

The rest of the apartment is conventionally divided into blocks. The master bedroom block, which has its own spacious bathroom, as well as a wardrobe and a small workplace.

A separate block of the apartment is reserved for children, there are two children's rooms with a separate bathroom and a common, large wardrobe.
