Pour les 10 ans de l'éditeur montréalais Le Quartanier, le collectif Pointbarre
a conçu et réalisé dix illustrations et dix timbres typographiques reliés
à chaque nouvelle, à chaque livre. Un long processus de lecture et d'analyse
a donc pris d'assaut le petit studio montréalais pendant plusieurs mois afin d'arriver
au meilleur résultat possible. Il a opté pour une grille graphique et une typographie minimalistes.
Pointbarre a aussi conçu 11 affiches et un coffret tiré à 200 exemplaires.

Celebrating Le Quartanier's tenth anniversary, Pointbarre Collective
designed ten illustrations and typographical stamps for a ten novel series
released recently. A long process that saw the small Montreal team
read & analyse each project deeply in hopes of attaining a satisfying result.
The studio opted for a minimalistic grid and a sober font. The collective also designed
eleven posters and a box which were produced in a 200 limited series.
