Neuroimaging and Neuroeconomy

Job
Create poster and flyer for a summer school on "Neuroimaging and Neuroeconomy" on 23-28 February 2014 arranged by the Centre for Bioethics (University of Münster).
Topic
Modern methods for imaging of brain functions (Neuroimaging) using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) have taken an almost explosive development since its introduction. Through appropriate techniques and research designs, individual differences and properties in the processing of behavior- and decision-relevant information in the brain can be mapped. Such methods are used among others in the so-called Neuroeconomy dealing with a better understanding of cognitive and affective conditions of human decision behavior.
Realisation
A lay figure and a toy shopping basket were arranged on a white table for a photo. A walnut was photographed from the same perspective and then photoshopped onto the lay figure's head. Additionally three laser lines "scanning" the walnut brain were constructed.
