The project was based on create a contemporary jewel, using wax to make the ring and then, merge it in silver.
I was looking for a simple and modern design, with light shapes.
First, I sketched and defined the design.
During the process of 3D modelling, I had other ideas about the design. So, I made some renderings, but I prefered to keep the first design, because it looked lighter with the castings areas.
I made the main shape of the ring in wax.
And then, I started drilling it carefully.
The ring merged in silver.
