My mock-up visual presentation and creative direction for OLLI Maika - the first Vietnamese smart speaker in the market. This was created for a product launch campaign as one of my school projects, so everything is for educational purposes.

The inspiration for the design came from the Cyberpunk and Futuristic art style, which depicts a dystopia future where technology dominates society and everything were electronics-led. This is very much in tune with Maika's image as a first-of-its-kind product in the technology and smart speaker section. 

The creative idea is that 'Oi' bears cultural significance for Vietnamese people, it's the word we use to call on people close to us to help us. We connected that with Maika's voice command 'Maika oi', to depict that Maika is always there for you at times when your loved ones are not available to give you the same love and help that they give you. The copy translates to "Call 'Maika oi'/Beckon love (back)". That's why we combined the word 'Oi' in a heartshape and put it into the top of the heart rate rise, representing the user's happiness when their call is answered earnestly. This is put on top of the speaker's top surface, looking from a birds-eye angle.
