Located in Cremorne, a small inner suburb of Melbourne, Everlane is a sustainable and technologically advanced smart building for the future.
Situated on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation (the Wurundjeri are an Aborginal Australian nation of the Woiwurrung language group, in the Kulin alliance. They occupied the Yarra River Valley before British colonisation of the area, around the present location of Melbourne), 22-26 Gordon Street is an 8-story office building with terracotta podium and a ground floor pocket Park.  This building is fronting Cremorne's Gordon Street and this is Fieldwork's second collaboration with CostaFox Developments.
Everlane captures a synergy of exceptional aesthetics and amenity superbly connected to Melbourne’s most covetable commercial precinct, Cremorne. This is a place for innovators. For tenacious entrepreneurs ready to shape a new way of working. The surrounding landscape was designed by Openwork.
The interior design was entrusted to Mim Studio.
Everlane offers flexible floorplates, floor to ceiling glazing, natural ventilation to all office suites, smart building features and expansive 3.45m ceiling heights.
