The 2021 edition of the annual 36 Days of Type Challenge was a particularly important one for me. With the world crumbling in the hands of a global pandemic and my country facing it's worst wave yet, I desperately needed a distraction to keep my mind sane and de-stressed.
The process of creating these letters started with drafting them in Adobe Illustrator to form base models which were then developed in Photoshop and Dimension. I've rarely experimented with typography and this challenge always gives me the chance to try something new and develop my skills.
While the 3d series was on its way to completion, I tried another version of my letters as a vector illustrated set which can be used as a custom type in itself.
