QuadCopter Drone Module - DIY

QuadCopter Drone Module - DIY
This DIY QuadCopter Drone Machine has been fully designed using Autodesk Inventor 2019 and final constructed module was successfully tested for multiple flights using Pixhawk Flight Controller System. This module has been divided into several segments namely -

 - Central or Main Body
 - Arms
 - Top Support Plate
 - Landing Gear or Legs
 - 10,000mAH battery
 - Base Supports
 - T Motors Air Gear 450 (Propellers are locked to these CW and CCW motors manually)
 - Electronic components
 - Metal Components (T joints, Nuts and Bolts, Landing Gear Adapters etc.)

In the above context, The Central body, Arms and Top support plate have been thoughtfully selected and designed isometrically and aerodynamically supporting the whole structure to take off and land easily with minimal to no extra power consumption. Mounting and unmounting process of electronic components were carefully studied during the design process. After the design completion, the selected components have been 3D printed while using PLA (Polylactic Acid) as the base material to meet all the requirements of flying.
