This final semester diploma project is a service design project at conceptualizing an e-tailing framework for grocery needs set in Indian urban enviromnents.

 

The final output is a touch-point interaction map between the stakeholders of the shoppers, the retailers and the service aggregator within the grocery retail domain. The digital design output invovled wireframes and visual screens for a shopper-facing mobile application.
