随着全球疫情的爆发，恐惧、孤独和悲伤对全世界人民的精神健康造成了严重的影响。在这样的环境下，每一次测温就像一次审判，人与人之间的情感连接变得更加困难。我们希望通过设计来改善这种情况。
通过不断模拟实际的测温场景，我们意识到了被测者的一种无意识心理行为，即“会去偷瞄温度显示屏，一种想要了解自己当前的体温的心情”。所以我们想通过利用这样一种无意识行为来转移被测者的关注点，从而缓解测温过程带来的焦虑与不安。我们利用凸透镜成像原理将温度投射到手臂上。这不仅贴合被测者的无意识心理行为，让他们更加直观的知晓当前的体温，而且减少了对温度计的过度关注，缓解内心的焦虑与不安。温度计与被测者之间通过投影产生一种双向的互动。一个小小的投影，在疫情的寒冬下连接了人与人之间细微的情感。
我们设计了更具亲切感和美学的圆润造型，也更适合手掌的握持。为保证用户能以最舒适的状态去使用产品，减少长时间握持带来的疲劳感，我们调整了温度计头部的弯曲幅度。选择使用秸秆塑料来代替传统的热塑性塑料。拥有相类似的性能的情况下，这种材料不仅具有可降解性，而且其中的可再生植物纤维让材料呈现出更加温和的感觉。

With the outbreak of the global epidemic, fear, loneliness and sadness have taken a serious toll on the mental health of people around the world. In such an environment, each temperature measurement is like a trial, and the emotional connection between people becomes more difficult. We hope to improve this situation through design.
Through continuous simulation of the actual temperature measuring scene, we realized an unconscious psychological behavior of the subjects, that is, "they would steal a glance at the temperature screen, a mood to know their current temperature". Therefore, we want to use such an unconscious behavior to shift the focus of the subjects, so as to relieve the anxiety and anxiety caused by the temperature measurement process. We use a convex lens imaging principle to project the temperature onto the arm. This not only conforms to the unconscious psychological behavior of the subjects, so that they can know the current temperature more intuitively, but also reduces excessive attention to the thermometer and relives the inner anxiety and anxiety. There is a two-way interaction between the thermometer and the subject through projection. A small projection connects the subtle emotions between people in the cold winter of the epidemic.
We designed a more intimate and aesthetically rounded shape, which is also more suitable for the palm to hold. In order to ensure that users can use the product in the most comfortable state and reduce the fatigue caused by long time holding, we adjusted the bending range of the thermometer head. Straw plastics are used instead of traditional thermoplastics. With similar properties, the material is not only biodegradable, but also has recycled plant fibers that give it a gentler feel.
