The following images are products I worked on as design lead at Disney Consumer Products for our licensed business models. At DCP I have worked on both vertical products for our brick and mortar stores and online experiences as well as on our licensed business. Some of the categories I reviewed were consumables, toys, consumer electronics, collectibles, and out door seasonal items. My core responsibilities was to review concepts, 3D files, prototypes, paint masters and final production samples to ensure that they meet our brand expectations. In some cases the products designs were spot on when a licensee submitted art. But in other cases they were not. When product art files or samples submitted did not meet our brand and character guidelines I would provide better reference or overlays to help guide the licensee to a better and stronger product that met our brand expectations.
