TUTUTELA
En el sistema de tutelas en Colombia existen dos principales problemas: primero, la asimetría que existe entre los ciudadanos a la hora de acceder a información sobre este proceso y a las instancias legales implicadas, y segundo, la congestión existente dentro de dichas instancias. Sumado a lo anterior, otro de los problemas encontrados, es la gran cantidad de páginas por parte de los tutelantes, algo que influye directamente en la congestión del sistema judicial.
Respondiendo a esta problemática se desarrolló TUTUTELA, una herramienta digerible para cualquier persona, pero conservando la rigurosidad necesaria para ceñirse a los parámetros constitucionales. Después de distintos prototipos seleccionamos la información necesaria que debía tener la propuesta, posteriormente, inició la estructuración de un formato que guiaría al usuario en la redacción o lectura de la tutela. Esto a su vez, facilitará la labor de jueces y judicantes al presentarles un documento que compacta la información necesaria de cada caso optimizando los tiempos y materiales usados en este proceso.

In the guardianship system in Colombia there are two main problems: first, the asymmetry that exists between citizens when it comes to accessing information about this process and the legal instances involved, and second, the existing congestion within those instances. In addition to the above, another problem encountered is the large number of pages on the part of the guardians, something that directly influences the congestion of the judicial system.
Responding to this problem, TUTUTELA was developed, a digestible tool for anyone, but maintaining the rigor necessary to adhere to constitutional parameters. After different prototypes, we selected the necessary information that the proposal should have, later, the structuring of a format began that would guide the user in the writing or reading of the guardianship. This, in turn, will facilitate the work of judges and judges by presenting them with a document that compares the necessary information for each case, optimizing the times and materials used in this process.
Objetivos y alcance:
Brindar a los ciudadanos una herramienta para redactar o leer una tutela fácilmente, sin la necesidad de la asesoría de un abogado.
Ampliar las posibilidades del usuario para acceder a las instancias legales por la reclamación de sus derechos.
Adaptabilidad en TUTUTELA contribuyendo a la transición necesaria de este sistema a lo digital.
Se llevó a cabo un mapeo estratégico del contexto acompañado de entrevistas situadas para hacer una exploración que permitiría dar con propuestas de valor. Constelaciones de valor que después fueron visualizadas con fotos para entender en detalle cada interacción en el sistema.

OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE:
Provide citizens with a tool to easily write or read a guardianship, without the need for the advice of a lawyer.
Expand the possibilities of the user to access the legal instances for the claim of their rights.Adaptability in TUTUTELA contributing to the necessary transition of this system to digital.
A strategic mapping of the context was carried out accompanied by sited interviews to make an exploration that would allow finding value proposals. Constellations of value that were later visualized with photos to understand in detail each interaction in the system.

PROTOTIPOS / PROTOTYPES
Selección de la información: En esta primera intervención construimos una guía para redactar una tutela, en donde exponíamos toda la información relacionada con el proceso y sus requisitos. Esta también contaba con varias preguntas cerradas que nos permitían saber cuánto conocimiento tenían las personas sobre estos procesos y sobre el lenguaje judicial. Esta intervención nos permitió ver qué información no entienden sobre estos procesos o no consideran necesaria las personas. A partir de esto pudimos hacer una selección de los puntos fundamentales que deberíamos incluir en nuestra propuesta.
Cartilla: Esta fue nuestra primera versión del formato y aquí incluimos información bastante básica sobre el proceso y sobre los datos necesarios para presentar una tutela. Aquí nos dimos cuenta de que nos faltaban varios puntos importantes como requisitos de procedibilidad o datos del tutelado, algo que representaba errores procedimentales. Por otro lado, tampoco delimitamos muy bien el espacio que podían utilizar las personas para redactar su tutela y nos dimos cuenta de que existían varias preguntas que podían ser muy ambiguas.
Formato: En esta iteración presentamos ya la versión casi definitiva de nuestra propuesta en cuanto a contenido. A partir de este prototipo agregamos los últimos detalles, como lo fueron los artículos que corresponden a algunos derechos y estructuramos nuestra propuesta gráfica ya con toda la información necesaria.

Information selection: In this first intervention we built a guide to write a guardianship, where we exposed all the information related to the process and its requirements. It also had several closed questions that allowed us to know how much knowledge people had about these processes and about judicial language. This intervention allowed us to see what information people do not understand about these processes or do not consider necessary. From this we were able to make a selection of the fundamental points that we should include in our proposal.
Booklet: This was our first version of the form and here we include fairly basic information about the process and the data needed to file a guardianship. Here we realized that we were missing several important points such as procedural requirements or ward data, something that represented procedural errors. On the other hand, we did not delimit very well the space that people could use to write their guardianship and we realized that there were several questions that could be very ambiguous.
Brochoure format: In this iteration we already present the almost final version of our proposal in terms of content. From this prototype we add the last details, such as the articles that correspond to some rights and we structure our graphic proposal with all the necessary information.
La Corte constitucional y los usuarios en los juzgados reconocieron un valor intangible en esta propuesta pues no solo facilita el proceso sino hace de este mucho menos abrumador, no serán necesarios los expedientes ni asesorías legales dispendiosas en capital.

The Constitutional Court and the users in the courts recognized an intangible value in this proposal since it not only facilitates the process but also makes it much less overwhelming, the files or expensive legal advice in capital will not be necessary.
