We’re happy to introduce Butcher Shop Hops, an 8% double New England IPA with Galaxy, Cashmere and Mosaic brewed in collaboration with Mont-Laurier’s own Les Bucherons.
Brewer’s notes: The aroma of this double NEIPA is very strong on exotic fruits with a touch of melon and coconut. On the palate, we’re treated to a thick and creamy body, pineapple and passion fruit dominate making way for softer notes of peach and melon. The end of each sip is dry and reveals notes of lemon zest with a decent amount of bitterness.
