I created a Halloween Sushi feast, incorporating roasted pumpkin whiskey sour cocktails served in the pumpkin shells, beetroot, fiery ginger and apple mocktails, and sashimi served on a meat cleaver and scatterings of sweets, autumnal fruits and roasted soy sauce and chilli pumpkin seeds.
