ILearn | Branding

Established in 2020, Ilearn is a start-up project in foreign language education by CEO Cuong Nguyen, with the mission of creating a solid foundation of English proficiency for all audiences, especially children from elementary to high school. With Tree Creative, CEO Cuong Nguyen aims to develop a brand that trains not only in English proficiency but also many other exciting skills, consistent with the brand name "Ilearn - I learn."

Challenges

English is a popular language that is widely used both in and out of the country. Knowing this, being fluent in this foreign language is an advantage that helps improve a person’s value in society. However, English requires hard work and a high level of self-study, so when developing the brand’s identity for Ilearn, Tree Creative poses a challenge that inspires learning and creativity in young people through the brand images.


Solutions

The Ilearn logo is inspired by the image of the "kite" symbolizing success, flying high, and far to the future. The image represents Ilearn's mission to help the youth achieve high results through effective English learning.

With flexible block arrangement techniques and the brand’s representative image, Tree has created a logo that radiates fun while remaining meaningful and easy to understand, suitable for students even at a young age.

The letter "i" and "l" is arranged in reversed positions by cubes in the brand name and are presented in the logo, emphasizing the brand in the viewer's mind when going from the title to the logo. And when the graphic pieces " get together"  to create an image with many different layers of meaning, it gives the viewers confidence in the unity in the educational environment of Ilearn - an important factor in the success of Ilearn's sustainable brand development.


Results

The brand’s identity set has achieved high synchronization from logos, lines, and icons to practical applications…  Besides, the Ilearn logo with the image of a "kite" is highly associated with childhood and has inspired learning and creativity for the majority of young people when participating in learning at the center.
