Present Panel
I regret how I didn't take care of myself. So I use apple with six packs and tomatoes as dumbell to represent my present elements.
The character here shows how eager I am to stay healthy.
Future Panel
Hoping once I achieve staying healthy, which means taking care of myself independently. I can take care of others already. I use first aid and thermometer for the future elements.
