This is a custom design for my "Meet & Greet" campaign used to introduce new team members to the residents in an apartment community.

In-person events are still a large part of building a community in the Multifamily (Apartment Rentals) business. As much as the world revolves around digital and social channels for distribution, Multifamily remains very much an in-person enterprise and the marketing needs to reflect that reality.

The primary use for print marketing is flyers for in-person event— much of the print collateral for sales advertising has fallen off and migrated to digital-only. These print flyers would be posted in high traffic areas of the community, amenities, and office areas.

The design was converted for additional content used in email or social channels. We don't post flyers on social! 🤣
