An equestrian vacation community outside of Bogota Columbia. Our intentions were to minimize the impact on the land by consolidating the program into a compact structure. Upon arrival the car is immediately disposed of into an underground garage The residential units create an exterior wall that encloses a large community garden. The stables are located at the base of the garden with direct access to the countryside. A club houses is located at the top of the terraced garden.
