THE STORY
I first got into listening to Explosions In The Sky (EITS) in 2002. The music stuck close and in 2008, they had a show in KL. Made a fan poster but never had it printed.
Fast forward to 2013, EITS came back for the second time, I produced this fan poster for the event.
And thank you so much for playing an awesome set in Kuala Lumpur. Thank you.
The original artwork was by Zach Johnsen, an artist from Portland, Oregon.
The lineart brush is from Jimro.

And, on 31-10-2013, on a rain-soaked night in Kuala Lumpur, I managed to meet Munaf Rayani and Mike James as they were about to leave the venue.
Lucky enough, I got the poster signed by them.
