I had a really fun photo-assignment for Fazer, in Oslo, Norway. I was to capture the chefs and people who makes the food in Fazer's cantinas, and it gave me a sort of "behind-the-scenes"-feeling, which I love. I visited 11 cantinas in the area around Oslo over a months time, and captured the people making all that delicious food in hours before lunch, so that you and I can sit down and enjoy our salad, soup or warm dishes by choice. It really gave me a lot more understanding in how much work and planning there actually is, making food for as much as 1000 hungry employees, coming in for lunch almost at the same time. I was impressed! And I also had the pleasure of picking up some good ideas for my own cooking back home... I got to meet a lot of interesting, and characteristic people, and here are some of the results.
