DESIGN THESIS FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Continuing our project from the last semester that focused more on Literature Review, Site Inventory, Analysis and Synthesis and Proposed Landscape Preliminary Master Plan, for this semester we are required to come out a Detail Development Plan on a selected area together with Innovative Design Element (IDE).
DETAIL DEVELOPMENT OF KUANTAN RIVERFRONT
For this board, it is consists of Design Process with an introduction of Design Theme and Concept before come out with a Detail Development Plan.
SECTIONS AND ELEVATIONS
The selected sections are based on the most focuses proposed spaces in the detail development plan with its functions.
PERSPECTIVES AND INNOVATIVE DESIGN ELEMENT (IDE)
The perspectives view shows some of the main spaces with its function that creates a various of activities. While, Teruntum Link is chosen as Innovative Design Element (IDE) with functions of Rainwater Harvesting other than connecting pedestrian between two areas.
