My dad is super cool.
He can fix everything, he is super smart, he likes to fish, chop wood, build models, use math, explain complicated stuff, watch movies and all other cool dad stuff!
He loves his wife and kids, and he takes us on many trips and journeys, and my mom and him gave me and my sisters the best childhood ever!
He is also a circuit board designer.
A few months back I saw the cover of Little White Lies TRON EDITION and was blown away by the illustration of Jeff Bridges by exellent illustrator Paul Willoughby (http://paulwilloughby.com). I instantly knew I had to use this style of illustration to draw my dad.
Like a week later my teacher Julie sends out an email telling my class we are being visited by Paul Willoughby for a school project (what are the odds?), and when the day comes I ask Paul for help with the illustration and right away he lends me the files he used for the tron cover (amazing!).
Now about a month or two afterwards I have finally finished my illustration and had it printed as a circuit board on black PCB with sterling silver etching.
My dad loved the gift and I love my dad.
