Allahabad The city where 3 Rivers meet
Allahabad is a wonderful city in Uttar Pradesh India. Gifted with so much that a traveller can enjoy a week to roam around this old indian city. Allahabad is now officially known as Prayagraj now a day. Allahabad is the place where the Ganges, Yamuna and Saraswati rivers meet in one place. The place is called Sangam or three-river confluence.
The Sarasvati is also considered by Hindus to exist in a metaphysical form, in which it formed a confluence with the sacred rivers Ganges and Yamuna, at the Triveni Sangam.
I know i know that you can see this but i still want to say you this that the sunset is very beautiful and amazing in the city and i enjoyed just sitting and looking at it while shooting a bit of photograph.
Person is waiting for more people to get into the boat for Sangam. You can find a lot of boats in this side of river as this is the area people can take boat to the center of the river.
People Join the journey in the beautiful boat to the center of the river as It plays a central role in Hindu scriptures.
