One Productions Work Experience

One Productions have a program in their agency called "Hear One", this is an independent record label for Irish and other artists located in Ireland. They also have this new program "See One" they want to announce to the public but only when they've found the perfect identity for it. "See One" is about having the fun and visually interesting Video Channel with multiple strands of video content.

They want me to redesigning logos for "Hear One" and since "See One" is a new program, I was asked to create a logo that somehow links to each other but also showing that they have their own unique aesthetic and identity it as themselves. This will just be for them to get some inspiration from and might use in the future.

I spent the whole day to research, brainstorm and understand what exactly they are looking for and the best way they could describe their programmes. I would save the photos I could think of using for their mood board while also looking at different colours, styles and fonts they could probably use and get inspiration from if they don't like the final logo.

After researching and brainstorming for Hear One and See One, I drew more different styles of logo they can use and possibly like the idea I'm going for.

I illustrated different shapes and style they possibly like to use and some ideas I liked. It was difficult to come up with a logo that would work for both Hear One and See One. The fonts I used wasn't working for the designs but the one I drew up for the works with the selected designs.

Since they like the splat effect on the design, we came up with an idea of what if the letter "O" had the same effect but in the circle that was a sound wave. With this, I worked on this idea with the new typeface.

This project was incomplete due to covid restrictions.
