One of my first type design project. Based on the handwriting, and etchings of hungarian illustrator János Kass. He had an all caps, but fluidly connecting writing style, which produced extraordinary connections between characters. An earlier version of this typeface got into the final of the 2016 Morisawa Type Design Competition, which I’m really proud of.
