A friend of mine made a list of affirmations with her therapist
years ago & asked me to illustrate them.
Together they make up a home she feels comfortable in.

1) Turn the music up! Block out distractions.
2) Move around occasionally.
3) Remember your accomplishments!

4) Maintain a list of ideas & To Do's. Prioritise your tasks!
5) I’m fine & everything will be fine.
6) If I don’t take a break the fear of starting increases.
