Corporate team portraits are fairly tricky, as you not only have your composition and lighting to balance, but you need the people to be doing the right thing, all together at a precise moment. You have to pose groups shots, they will not happen otherwise, but I like to make my group portraits look as natural as possible and try and avoid the ‘football team’ pose.
